Cocktail program is the reason to visit. The menu rotates seasonally, with classics done properly and original builds that actually earn the shelf space. A Negroni Sbagliato arrives balanced, a Penicillin has the right amount of smoke, and the spirit-forward section gives whiskey and agave drinkers something to chew on.
