The food is creative and well-executed, drawing on the Adria brothers' legacy without trying to replicate El Bulli. The wine pairing option adds another layer but pushes the total cost significantly higher.
The shift to club mode after midnight is well-managed. The performance area becomes a dance floor, the lighting goes full nightclub, and a DJ takes over from the live performers.
