The footprint is generous: sand-floor seating extends from the bar areas down to the water, bean bags and loungers cluster around tiki torches and fire pits, three distinct restaurants (Sandals for Mediterranean, Ganesh for Indian, Sen for Vietnamese) handle dining, and a daytime swimming pool sits inland from the beach. The layout supports the day-into-night format that has been the Sailing Club's core identity for three decades.

The daytime operation handles beach club functions. Loungers and bean bags rent for 150,000-300,000 VND, with food and drink service from the restaurants throughout the day. The pool deck offers a swimming alternative for visitors who prefer not to swim in the ocean. The atmosphere is calm and conversation-friendly through the afternoon, with families, couples, and solo travelers mixing across the sand.

The evening transition is the venue's signature format. The DJ booth activates around 9 PM and the music programming builds gradually through the night. Weekend fire shows happen around 11 PM-midnight, drawing crowds out from the restaurant seating to the central performance area. The late-night dance scene takes over the sand floor near the main bar, with the rest of the property continuing as drinking and lounging space. The music style stays accessible (house, EDM, Latin pop) and the crowd responds with the standard beach-club energy that builds through the evening.
