The capacity is meaningfully smaller than Skylight, holding maybe 150 patrons at full capacity, which produces a more controlled and intimate atmosphere even on busy nights. The bar itself runs serious cocktails with the Sheraton brand training showing in execution; this is not a beach bar pouring volume drinks.

The happy hour from 5 to 7 PM is the strongest value proposition. Discounted cocktail prices push the per-drink cost down to 130,000-200,000 VND, which is competitive with the lower-floor venues on Tran Phu while delivering rooftop production. The crowd during happy hour skews expat business travelers, hotel guests, and the older couples who prefer the polished setting over the club venues. Reservations help during peak weekend hours.

The music programming runs lounge electronica, soul, and light jazz kept at conversation volume rather than building to dance floor energy. Altitude is fundamentally a cocktail rooftop rather than a club, and the closing time around midnight reflects that positioning. Visitors who want late-night dance floor should plan to move to Skylight or Sailing Club afterward. The kitchen handles bar food and a few mains; food matters more than at the pure club venues but doesn't reach proper dinner status.
