Timing matters: the venue opens at 18:00 but the sunset window between 19:30 and 21:00 in July and August draws the strongest demand and requires reservations in advance. Arrival at 21:30 or later on weekends means the view is still present but the optimal light has passed.

The crowd reflects the dressed-up positioning. Couples on date nights, small groups of four dressed for the occasion, occasional business travelers using the terrace for informal meetings. Service is professional rather than personal, and the pace of the evening runs slower than a ground-level tapas bar. Music stays at background levels throughout, which keeps conversation easy and reinforces the venue's identity as a view bar rather than a nightlife destination.
