Savannah sits on the middle stretch of the Sunset Strip, which means you hear the music from Mambo on one side and Cafe del Mar on the other while looking at the same patch of Mediterranean. The terrace layout is straightforward: low tables on a tiled platform close to the water, a covered bar at the back, and a secondary upper level that fills once the lower terrace runs out of seats. Service is efficient by Ibiza standards, with waiters moving between tables in a rhythm that keeps drinks flowing during the peak sunset window.

The music programming is the reason to pick Savannah over its neighbors. The residents book well-regarded warm-up DJs rather than defaulting to generic playlists, and the volume is calibrated so conversation still works until the final hour before sunset. Expect balearic house leaning toward melodic territory, with the tempo climbing steadily as the sun drops. On stronger nights the warm-up is played by a name you'll see later that week at Pacha or Amnesia.

Price-wise, Savannah is slightly cheaper than Mambo and Cafe del Mar, though still firmly in Ibiza territory. Cocktails land in the 14-18 EUR range, and a bottle of cava will cost around 55 EUR. The food is better than it needs to be: wood-fired pizza, a decent tuna tataki, and sharing plates that work for groups. Kitchen service slows significantly during the sunset rush.

Arrive by 19:00 to secure a waterfront table without reservation. The venue does take bookings, but the walk-up section holds enough capacity for most early arrivals. After sunset the crowd thins slightly as people move toward clubs, and that window between 21:30 and 23:00 is actually one of the better times for a relaxed post-sunset drink. Later in the evening the music shifts toward pre-party energy, and tables turn over as groups head east to Ibiza Town or wait for the Discobús to Playa d'en Bossa.
