Trocadero
Trocadero is the largest beach club on Slovenska Beach, positioned in the central section of the 1.5-kilometer strip. The venue covers roughly 1,500 square meters of beachfront, with a main dance floor built on a wooden platform over the sand, a raised DJ booth, VIP cabana sections on two levels, and three bar stations. Capacity reaches 1,500 on event nights. The club operates seasonally from June through September, with the biggest international DJ bookings concentrated in July and August. By day, Trocadero functions as a premium sunbed operation with cocktail service on the sand. After sunset, the lighting rig activates, the volume increases, and the transition to nightclub is complete by 11 PM.
What to Expect
During the day, it's a beach club with sun, cocktails, and chill music. The transformation starts around 9 PM as the lighting changes and the music builds. By midnight, you're on a dance floor on the sand with the Adriatic behind you and a wall of sound from the DJ booth.

Full Review
Trocadero does the day-to-night beach club format well. The concept isn't original, but the execution in Budva's setting is convincing. Spending an afternoon on a sunbed with cocktail service, then dancing on the same sand at midnight, is a seamless experience that removes the usual logistics of going out.
The daytime operation is professional. Sunbeds are clean, staff are attentive, and the music stays at the right level for conversation. The beach itself is fine-pebble mixed with sand, and the water is clean. Trocadero's section of beach is well-maintained compared to the public stretches on either side.
The nighttime transformation is where the money went. The lighting system is sophisticated for a beach venue, and the sound covers the space without the dead zones that plague outdoor setups. International DJs on the roster bring credibility, and the resident DJs are competent enough to keep the floor moving on off-nights. The dance floor surface, raised wooden decking over sand, has enough give to be comfortable for hours.
The VIP sections are the revenue engine. Cabana tables with bottle service run from EUR 150 upward, with premium positions near the DJ booth commanding the highest prices. For groups of four or more, splitting a table can be better value than buying individual drinks all night. The general admission dance floor is free on most nights, with entry charges appearing only for headliner events.
