Moskva Lounge
Moskva Lounge sits on the promenade behind Slovenska Beach, occupying a corner position in a mixed-use building across from the beach. The venue is styled as an upscale cocktail lounge with dark interiors, leather seating, and mood lighting that contrasts with the beach-casual atmosphere of the sand bars. Capacity is about 60 indoors and 30 on the outdoor terrace facing the promenade. The clientele leans toward Russian-speaking tourists and well-dressed Serbian visitors, reflecting the name and the price point. The cocktail menu is more ambitious than the beach bars, with a bartender who takes the craft seriously. The lounge operates as an evening-only venue, opening at 6 PM and running until 1 AM.

Insider Tip
The terrace tables book up on weekends. Ask your hotel to call ahead. The house cocktails are better than the classics. The bartender knows what they're doing with local herbs and spirits.
Full Review
Moskva Lounge occupies an interesting position in Budva's nightlife. In a town dominated by beach bars and party venues, it offers a city-bar experience at the edge of the sand. The concept works because it provides contrast. After days of sunbed cocktails in plastic cups, sitting in a leather chair with a properly made drink feels like a treat.
The cocktail program is the strongest on Slovenska Beach. The bartender uses local ingredients, including Montenegrin herbs and regional fruit liqueurs, in ways that show genuine thought. A lavender and honey cocktail using local honey was memorable on a recent visit. The classics are also well-executed. The wine list focuses on Montenegrin and Croatian wines, with several good options by the glass.
The crowd is noticeably different from the beach bars. Russian-speaking groups, well-dressed Serbian couples, and the occasional Western European tourist who's discovered the place make up the mix. The name signals its intended audience, and the atmosphere delivers. Service is attentive and professional, closer to what you'd find in a Moscow or Belgrade cocktail bar than in a seaside resort.
The pricing reflects the positioning. Cocktails at EUR 10-15 are double what you'll pay at Havana Beach Bar down the road. The question is whether the quality and atmosphere justify the premium. For a night or two, they do. As a nightly habit, the beach bars offer better value.
