SantAnna Beach Club
SantAnna Beach Club operates on Paraga Beach as the island's biggest pool party destination, with a saltwater pool that runs 90 meters along the coast and seats hundreds of loungers around its edges. The venue opened in 2020 and quickly established itself as the alternative to Scorpios on the same cove, trading the bohemian-chic identity for a scaled-up pool party format. The daily program builds across the afternoon from lunch service into DJ sets, culminating in evening events that blur the line between beach club and open-air nightclub. Multiple zones operate simultaneously: the pool area with its own bar and DJ, the beach sunbeds with separate service, a restaurant terrace above, and various VIP spaces and cabanas at premium pricing. Reservations are mandatory for sunbeds or cabanas during summer, with minimum spends scaling by position. The kitchen runs an extensive Mediterranean menu suited for both casual poolside meals and full restaurant service. Music runs louder than at neighboring Scorpios, with DJs programming commercial and deep house throughout the day and booked international names on select evenings during peak weeks. Prices are among the highest on the island, reflecting both the location and the operational scale.

Full Review
SantAnna operates at a scale that separates it from most other Mykonos beach clubs. The 90-meter saltwater pool is the visible center of the operation and the feature that allows the venue to run the pool party format at genuine capacity. At peak operation in late July and August, the venue can hold more than a thousand guests across its zones, which is more than most Mykonos clubs can manage in their peak evening hours.
The zoning structure is important to understand before booking. The pool area runs hotter and louder, with DJ programming geared toward an active crowd dancing in and around the water. The beach section is quieter, operating more like a traditional Mykonos beach club with attendants running drinks and food to loungers. The restaurant terrace above both zones offers a quieter dining experience with views down to the action. Cabanas line the back edges of both zones at premium pricing, with full bottle service programs and private attendants.
The daily arc matters. Lunch service runs from around noon through 15:00, when the energy is still manageable and families and couples can enjoy the space. From 15:00 through 18:00 the music picks up and the pool area transitions into active party mode. Evening programming from 18:00 onward varies by day, with some nights staying closer to sunset-ritual programming and other nights pushing into genuine nightclub territory with booked international DJs and extended hours. Peak weekends during July and August tend to feature the most intensive evening programming.
Pricing is steep and non-negotiable. Sunbed minimum spends start around 100 EUR per person in quieter periods and push well past 200 EUR during peak, with cabanas reaching thousands. The implicit bargain is that you're paying for scale, production, and a level of energy that smaller venues can't match. Compared to neighboring Scorpios, which sells the curated bohemian atmosphere, SantAnna sells quantity and spectacle. Both work for their target audiences. SantAnna particularly fits celebration occasions where a group wants a single venue to anchor most of a day and into evening.
The Neighborhood
SantAnna sits on the main stretch of Paraga Beach, between Kalua to the west and Scorpios to the east on the southern headland. The cove is the most concentrated upscale beach club zone on the island.
Getting There
Bus from Fabrika in Chora to Paraga runs regularly in summer; about twenty minutes. Taxis from Chora run 20-30 EUR and should be booked ahead for return. SantAnna runs shuttles for reserved cabana guests from select hotels. Water taxis connect Paraga to Platis Gialos and Paradise in peak season.
