Ce La Vi
Ce La Vi sits on the 54th floor of Address Sky View hotel in Downtown Dubai, directly facing the Burj Khalifa. The venue combines a restaurant, a lounge bar, and an outdoor sky bar with what may be the most photographed view in Dubai nightlife. Dinner service runs a contemporary Asian menu, while the sky bar operates as a standalone drinking venue with DJ sets on weekends. The Burj Khalifa light shows and the Dubai Fountain performances below create a backdrop that no other venue in the city can match. Sunset is the golden hour here, and terrace reservations during that window book out days in advance.
What to Expect
A rooftop experience built around the view. The Burj Khalifa fills the frame from almost every seat, and the Downtown Dubai skyline stretches in all directions. Drinks are well-made, food is good, and the service matches the setting. It's a spectacle venue, and it delivers on that promise.
Sleek, dramatic, and view-driven. The design is understated specifically so the skyline does the heavy lifting.
Lounge and deep house from resident DJs on Thursday through Saturday. Background ambient music on weeknights.
Smart casual to smart. The venue expects guests to dress for the occasion. No shorts, flip-flops, or casual sportswear.
First-time Dubai visitors wanting the iconic view. Couples on a date night. Anyone who wants to see the Burj Khalifa up close from 200 meters in the air.
Cards accepted. Reservations recommended for the restaurant and terrace.

Insider Tip
Book a terrace table for sunset, at least 3-4 days in advance on weekends. The indoor bar doesn't require a reservation and has the same view through floor-to-ceiling windows. Time your visit to catch the Burj Khalifa light show at 7:45 PM or the fountain show every 30 minutes from 6 PM.
Full Review
Access is through the Address Sky View hotel lobby, where a dedicated elevator takes you to the 54th floor. The doors open onto a reception area, and the view hits you immediately. The Burj Khalifa stands directly ahead, close enough that you can see the window-cleaning rigs. Below, the Dubai Fountain pool catches light from the surrounding towers.
The venue divides into three zones. The indoor restaurant occupies the left side with a contemporary Asian menu. The indoor lounge bar wraps around the center with high stools and cocktail tables. The outdoor sky bar, open from October to May, offers unobstructed 360-degree views from a wraparound terrace.
Drink quality is above average for a view-driven venue. The cocktail menu includes both classics and house signatures that use Asian ingredients. A signature Burj-view cocktail runs about AED 110. Wine and champagne by the glass are available at the expected premium. Bar snacks and small plates from the kitchen are available at the lounge.
The restaurant's Asian fusion menu is competent. Standout dishes include the wagyu tataki and the lobster roll. Prices reflect the address: a dinner for two with wine runs AED 1,000-1,800.
The main draw, undeniably, is the view. At sunset, the Burj Khalifa catches the last light while the fountain begins its evening program. The rooftop terrace during this window is one of those rare moments where a venue lives up to its Instagram reputation. For everything else, the venue is very good but not exceptional. The view makes it special.
