Mist Club
Mist Club occupies a purpose-built entertainment space in the Lac 2 area, making it the largest dedicated nightclub in Tunis. The layout spreads across two main areas: a large dance floor with an elevated DJ booth, LED wall panels, and a professional lighting rig, and a VIP section with private booths and bottle service running along one side. Total capacity reaches roughly 400 on peak nights. The sound system is the best in the Tunisian capital, installed with enough power and clarity to handle the bass-heavy electronic and Arabic pop that dominates the playlist. The club books international DJs periodically, though the backbone of the programming is local talent playing house, Arabic remix, French chart music, and commercial R&B. The crowd is young, wealthy, and image-conscious, drawn from Tunis's upper-class families and the children of the business elite. Thursday and Friday nights are the main events, with the door opening at 11 PM and the dance floor reaching capacity around 1 AM. The dress code is enforced, and the door selection can be selective on busy nights.
What to Expect
You enter through a controlled door into a dark, high-ceilinged space with LED panels and moving lights. The dance floor is the focal point, with the DJ booth raised above it. The VIP section runs along the sides with roped-off booths. The energy is low before midnight and builds steadily until 1-2 AM.
Polished and high-energy at peak. The LED lighting, strong sound, and well-dressed crowd create a club experience that exceeds expectations for the Tunisian market.
House, Arabic pop remixes, French urban, commercial EDM, and R&B. International DJ guests bring techno and progressive house on special event nights.
Smart dress enforced. Collared shirts or fashion-forward tops for men, heels and dresses common for women. Sneakers, sportswear, and casual sandals will get you turned away.
Clubbers who want the closest thing to a European club experience in Tunis, groups celebrating special occasions, anyone who needs a dance floor after midnight
Cards accepted. Cash (TND) also works. VIP table deposits often require a card.

Full Review
Mist Club is the one venue in Tunis that can genuinely claim to operate at an international standard. The sound system, the lighting, the build quality of the space, these are investments that most Tunisian venues don't make, and they pay off on the nights when the room fills.
The dance floor is the center of everything. It's large enough to hold 200 people moving without feeling crushed, and the raised DJ booth gives the performer sightlines across the crowd. The LED wall panels respond to the music, adding visual texture that supports the atmosphere without distracting from it. When the lighting, the sound, and the crowd align, the result is a club experience that competes with mid-tier venues in Dubai or Istanbul.
The VIP section is where the money goes. Tunis's wealthy youth treat Mist's booths as social currency, and the bottle service prices, while expensive by Tunisian standards, are a fraction of what comparable setups cost in the Gulf. A bottle of Grey Goose that would cost $300 in a Dubai club runs under $100 here.
The music programming is the variable. Resident DJs play a safe mix of Arabic pop remixes and French chart music that keeps the mainstream crowd happy. Special event nights with guest DJs push the music toward house and electronic, drawing a different and often more engaged crowd. Check the event calendar before choosing your night.
The door can be a barrier. On busy Fridays the selection process favors groups with women, people who look like they'll spend money, and regulars. Solo men or all-male groups may face a longer wait or a polite refusal. This is standard club dynamics in this market.
The main criticism is the crowd's focus on appearance over experience. Phones come out constantly for photos and videos. Parts of the VIP section are more interested in being seen than in the music. If that bothers you, stay on the dance floor where the energy is real.
