Nobu Doha
Nobu Doha occupies a waterfront position inside the Four Seasons Hotel on The Pearl-Qatar, combining the brand's signature Japanese-Peruvian cuisine with a dedicated bar and lounge space that draws a well-dressed evening crowd. The interior follows Nobu's global design language with dark wood, stone accents, and warm lighting across approximately 200 covers. The bar area operates semi-independently from the restaurant, allowing guests to order cocktails and small plates without committing to a full dinner. A terrace wraps around the marina side of the property, offering views of moored yachts and the illuminated Pearl skyline.

Full Review
Nobu's Doha outpost benefits from its Four Seasons home and The Pearl's waterfront setting. The restaurant delivers the brand's global standard: the black cod arrives perfectly caramelized, the yellowtail jalapeno is as fresh as any Nobu worldwide.
The cocktail program goes beyond the standard hotel bar offering. Several drinks incorporate Japanese ingredients like yuzu, shiso, and matcha in ways that feel purposeful rather than gimmicky. The sake list runs deep.
The terrace is the real draw on pleasant evenings. Facing the marina, it catches a breeze off the water. By 10 PM on a Thursday, the terrace hums with conversation in Arabic, English, French, and Japanese.
The price point is steep, even by Doha standards. A couple sharing sushi and cocktails will spend QAR 800-1,200 before service charge. But within Qatar's limited options, Nobu delivers consistently.
