Enorme
Enorme is one of the larger nightlife venues in the Colonia Americana zone, occupying a multi-level commercial space that holds 500 people at capacity. The main floor is a dedicated dance floor with a raised DJ booth and a bar running along the east wall. A mezzanine level overlooks the main floor and provides a seating area that stays cooler and quieter, useful for groups who want to watch the crowd rather than be in it. The design is clean and functional: dark walls, colored lighting, and an audio setup that's been properly tuned for the room's dimensions. Themed nights run through the week, with reggaeton and trap on Fridays, house and electronic on Saturdays, and Latin throwback events on occasional Thursdays. The crowd is young, running from 20 to 30, with university students comprising a visible share on Thursday and Friday nights.

What to Expect
A well-organized dance club that does exactly what it says: a large dance floor, a loud DJ, drinks at bar prices, and a crowd of young Guadalajara locals who are there to dance.
High-energy when the floor fills, which happens reliably from midnight onward on Fridays and Saturdays. Less intense on Thursdays, which suits a different crowd.
Reggaeton and trap Fridays, house and electronic Saturdays, Latin throwbacks Thursdays.
Smart casual. Athletic shorts and football kits refused at the door. Clean trainers allowed. The standard is presentable rather than dressed up.
Groups of friends who want to dance, reggaeton and Latin electronic fans, anyone looking for a club with a local crowd rather than a tourist demographic.
Cash preferred. Some bar stations accept cards.

Insider Tip
Thursday nights have the most accessible cover charge and a university crowd that dances genuinely rather than posturing. The mezzanine fills quickly on Saturdays; arrive before midnight to secure table seating upstairs. Weekday promotions sometimes reduce cover to 50 MXN before 11 PM.
Full Review
Enorme operates without pretension. There's no bottle-service culture, no velvet-rope social performance, and no touring-DJ schedule that would double the cover charge. What it offers is a properly built dance space in the middle of Colonia Americana, running themed nights for a local crowd that wants to go out and dance. The main floor at full capacity on a Saturday is genuinely busy in a way that feels like participation rather than spectacle. The DJ sets on electronic nights have more depth than the commercial clubs; Enorme's Saturday residents play house and minimal techno rather than the festival-EDM that dominates larger Mexico City venues. The reggaeton Friday format is straightforward and very popular with the student demographic. The mezzanine is a useful pressure valve: couples and small groups can watch the main floor from above, hear each other talk, and have drinks without committing to the full dance-floor experience. The bar service is efficient given the volume, the drinks are basic but accurately made, and the security operates without the aggression found in some Guadalajara clubs. Enorme is a reliable option when you want a club night with a real local crowd.
