Full Review
360 Rooftop offers something the clubs and bars at street level can't: perspective. From seven stories up, Caracas spreads out in every direction, and the Avila mountain range dominates the northern skyline. On a clear evening, the sunset paints the mountains pink and orange.
The bar program is simple but effective. Venezuelan rum forms the base of most cocktails, and the bartenders know what they're doing. Wine is available but the selection is limited by import difficulties. Beer is cold and cheap.
The crowd is older and more reserved than what you'd find at Mango's or La Quinta. Professionals in their thirties and forties, couples on dates, and small groups having quiet conversations.
The security equation is the same as everywhere in Las Mercedes. The rooftop itself is a controlled space. The risk is in the transit to and from. Your pre-arranged driver should wait downstairs.
The Neighborhood

Getting There
Pre-arranged driver to the building entrance. Take the elevator to the top floor. From Altamira hotels, 10-15 minutes by car.
