You're lower, closer to the city's texture rather than floating above it. The harbor cranes, the colonial buildings of Fort, and the Indian Ocean beyond form the backdrop.
The shisha service is the venue's distinguishing feature. A dedicated menu offers a dozen flavors, and the hookah setup is well-maintained. Groups of two to four gather around hookahs and stay for hours, which gives the terrace a relaxed, lingering atmosphere that Colombo's more fashion-conscious venues lack.
