The bar counter is the best seat in the house. The staff on weeknight evenings have time to walk through the list and explain the differences between bourbon production regions, the Scottish distillery system, and where Colombian rum fits in the broader South American spirits picture. This kind of guided conversation is rare in Colombian nightlife outside of specialized hotel bars.
The bourbon selection is the most complete in Pereira: standard Kentucky producers alongside some smaller craft operations that have started appearing in Colombian imports. The Scotch section covers the major distillery regions without being exhaustive.
