Terraza's format is the smallest of the three, with a layout that emphasizes intimate dance-floor energy rather than the scale of Pacha's main room. The DJ booth, sound system, and lighting are properly calibrated for electronic music, with capacity that fills out more quickly and creates a denser dance-floor feel than the larger Pacha space.

The programming runs in coordination with the rest of the Music Park complex but with genre choices that lean toward the deeper end of the electronic spectrum. Deep house, melodic techno, and organic house dominate the calendar, with the rotating local DJ talent supplemented by international names that work the smaller-format end of the booking spectrum. Themed nights happen periodically with specific genre or aesthetic focuses, drawing dedicated audiences who come for the curated programming rather than the broader party calendar.

The late-night format runs from midnight through 6 AM on Friday and Saturday during summer high season. The opening hours overlap with Pacha next door, allowing patrons to flow between the two venues throughout the night. Many tickets and wristbands grant access to multiple Music Park venues, which makes the complex function as a connected late-night extension after the daytime beach clubs close.
