Full Review
Sopranos is the kind of venue that sounds terrible on paper and delivers in person. The performers are good enough to make audience participation genuinely entertaining. They read the room well, shifting between power ballads and party anthems.
The format depends entirely on the pianists' talent, and Sopranos hires capable performers. The tip jar system means higher-tipping tables get more attention, which creates a bidding war dynamic that adds to the energy.
The space is intimate enough that everyone feels part of the show. Tables face the stage cabaret-style.
Drink service is handled by table waitstaff. The cover charge is modest and worth it for a two to three hour show. Best enjoyed after a few drinks at a beach bar.
