Pony Line
Pony Line operates inside the Four Seasons Buenos Aires and has earned recognition as one of the world's top hotel bars (Food & Wine's Top 10). The cocktail program is built around a concept called "22/55," a liquid map of Argentina's geography from latitude 22 to 55. Each drink pulls ingredients from a specific Argentine region: Andean herbs, Patagonian fruits, northern spices. Signature cocktails like the Raymi (agricole rum, purple corn, pineapple) and Comarca (red fruit, bubbles) show serious creativity without being gimmicky. The space itself is sleek and intimate, with warm lighting and seating that encourages lingering. They also do excellent mocktails if you're not drinking.

Full Review
Pony Line occupies a compact space inside the Four Seasons, designed with the attention to detail you'd expect from a world-class hotel bar. The room seats roughly 30 people across a short bar and a handful of small tables. Wood paneling, leather upholstery, and soft lighting create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxed.
The cocktail program is the draw. Bartenders work with seasonal ingredients and house-made syrups, and the menu reads like a curated collection rather than an exhaustive list. Execution is precise. Classic cocktails are available off-menu and made correctly. The price reflects both the Four Seasons address and the quality of what's in the glass.
Among Buenos Aires' high-end bars, Pony Line holds its own against Floreria Atlantico and Frank's but offers a different experience. It's quieter, smaller, and more focused on the drink itself than on creating a scene. This makes it ideal for a couple or a small group who want to talk and sip rather than see and be seen.
Reservations aren't always necessary on weekdays but help on weekends. The bar snacks are good and worth ordering. Dress smart casual at minimum; the Four Seasons lobby sets the tone before you walk in.
