Level 27
Level 27 sits on the 27th floor of the Warsaw Marriott hotel tower at the Centrum roundabout, and the views are the reason people come. On a clear evening, you can see across the entire city from the Vistula River to the distant suburbs. The bar itself is sleek and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows that make the panorama impossible to ignore. The cocktail menu is ambitious, mixing classic recipes with house originals that use Polish ingredients like Zubrowka bison grass vodka and local honey. DJ sets run on Friday and Saturday evenings, keeping the energy at a lounge level that permits conversation. Prices reflect the address and the altitude. Cocktails start at 45 PLN and climb from there.

Full Review
The elevator ride is part of the experience. Twenty-seven floors up from the Centrum roundabout, the doors open into a compact but well-designed bar space. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the room, and the seating is arranged to maximize sightlines. The bar itself occupies the center, with stools that face outward toward the view.
Cocktail quality is genuinely good. The bartenders know their craft and are happy to make off-menu requests. The signature drinks lean into Polish ingredients without being gimmicky. A Zubrowka-based cocktail with apple and honey tastes like it belongs here rather than being a tourist novelty. Classic cocktails are made correctly.
The crowd is older than the street-level clubs, mostly 30s and up. Couples, business entertaining, and small groups dominate. The atmosphere peaks between 8 and 11 PM when the sunset and early-evening crowd overlaps. After 11 PM it quiets down, which can be a plus if you want the bar to yourself.
Level 27 is not a place to start a wild night. It's where you begin a date, impress a client, or decompress after a long day. The prices are Warsaw's highest for cocktails, but you're paying for the view as much as the drink. On a clear evening, the value proposition is obvious. On a cloudy or rainy night, you're just in an expensive hotel bar.
