The physical setup is simple and effective. No laser rigs, no fog machines, no VIP ropes. Just a covered bar area, a small stage, scattered tables, and string lights creating a warm glow. The decorations lean into the reggae theme without overdoing it: red, yellow, and green accents, a few Bob Marley posters, and wooden furniture that looks like it's been there for years.
