Presea Rooftop
Presea Rooftop is an open-air space at Carrera 11 #83-23 known for high-energy reggaeton nights and panoramic Zona Rosa views. The crowd skews younger than the more refined Parque 93 rooftops; party-focused twenty-somethings dominate weekend nights, with the dance floor energy building after midnight. The terrace runs about 300 capacity across an open deck, a covered bar section, and a smaller VIP area. Visiting reggaeton DJs and Latin pop sets drive the calendar; cover charges scale with the booking. Drink prices sit slightly below the El Fabuloso tier but above the Federal or Mad Radio mid-range. The dress code enforces smart casual but with more flexibility for fashion-forward looks than the more conservative rooftop venues nearby.

Insider Tip
Arrive by 11 PM for the cheaper cover and a better terrace spot before the dance crowd takes over. Bottle service for groups of four runs cheaper than individual drinks all night. Bring a light layer; the open terrace gets chilly after midnight.
Full Review
Presea's elevator drops you onto an open terrace with the bar tucked under a covered section to one side and a small VIP area at the back. The view is decent rather than spectacular: Zona Rosa rooftops, the foothills in the distance, lit by city glow rather than skyline. The space works because of the energy, not the views.
The music programming leans heavily reggaeton, with the calendar built around weekend DJ bookings rather than a residency. The crowd arrives later than the cocktail-bar circuit, with most action between 12 AM and 2 AM. Service can be slow at peak; the bar staff handle the volume but groups ordering multiple rounds will wait. Bottle service is the workaround for serious drinkers; the bottles arrive faster and the tab settles cleaner.
Compared with Apache, Presea is younger, louder, and considerably less polished. Compared with El Fabuloso, it's less curated and more party-leaning. The Carrera 11 location puts it on the edge of Zona Rosa, walkable to Apache and Federal but slightly removed from the Zona T pedestrian strip.
The open-air terrace is the differentiator. Most reggaeton clubs are enclosed; Presea lets the night breeze in and adds a more festival-style feel. Bring a light layer; Bogotá at 2,600 meters cools down hard after midnight.
The Neighborhood
Presea sits on Carrera 11 between Calle 83 and Calle 85, on the eastern edge of Zona Rosa toward Parque 93. Apache is a five-minute walk north; the Zona T pedestrian zone is three minutes west.
