Sundance Inn & Saloon occupies a building on Victory Hill with the layout running Western saloon-themed format: a front room with saloon-style decor, a back room handling additional seating and the kitchen, a pool table, and guesthouse rooms upstairs. The Western theme runs through the decor (saloon doors, frontier imagery, themed signage) without being caricatured.

The kitchen is the venue's strongest feature within the Victory Hill context. The menu handles Western pub fare (burgers, sandwiches, fish and chips, breakfast plates) alongside Khmer dishes at fair prices ($4-7 USD per main). The food quality is genuinely better than most strip bars, which makes Sundance the natural dinner anchor before visitors move to the smaller hostess bars elsewhere on the hill.

The drinks side is standard Cambodia pricing. Beer at $1.50-2.50 USD, cocktails at $3-4 USD. The bar program is functional and predictable. Happy hour deals run periodically with reasonable discounts on draft beer.

The atmosphere is calmer than the smaller hostess bars throughout the evening. Music plays at moderate volume with classic rock and country dominating. The crowd is heavily older expat regulars based in Sihanoukville, with the longer-stay foreign demographic that Victory Hill attracts forming the regular base. Tourists are uncommon; this is a regulars' bar.

The guesthouse rooms upstairs provide accommodation for visitors who want to base themselves on Victory Hill, though the area's nightlife focus limits the appeal to mostly the regulars-and-longer-stay-visitor segment. Service is friendly and the staff knows many patrons by name. The midnight closing pushes the late-night crowd toward the other Victory Hill venues.
